A Basket of Easter Haiku

The sun is shining here in northern California, just in time for the Easter Bunny to do her thing. Today in celebration of the holiday, I’ve filled a basket with a collection of Easter haiku. Enjoy and Happy Easter!

A Basket of Easter Haiku
sitting on her eggs
the chicken dozes
one eye on Bunny
the butterfly finds
colorful eggs nestled deep
among daffodils
sudden spring shower
rain decorates pastel eggs
dot, dot, polka dot
in wild bramble
momma bird fills nest with eggs
nature's spring basket
